What we collect, and why

We do not collect health data. We do not track you. The product itself has no app and collects nothing.
Who we share it with
We use third parties to run the business. Each one processes data on our instructions:
- Shopify — our store and order system
- Mailchimp — email
- Launchboom — pre-launch reservations
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising
- Google Analytics — site analytics
- PostHog — site analytics
- Shipping carriers — to deliver your order
Some of these are based outside the EU. Where that’s the case, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order data: as long as required by Spanish tax and commercial law (currently 6 years). Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data: up to 26 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what data we hold
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Stop using it for marketing
- Send you a copy in a portable format
