These terms govern your purchase from Equanimities, S.L. ("Sou", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them.
1. Who you’re buying from
Equanimities, S.L., NIF B75465542, Passeig del Mare Nostrum 15, 08039 Barcelona, Spain. Contact: hello@joinsou.com
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
We may decline an order — for example if we’re out of stock, if there’s a pricing error, or if we can’t deliver to your address. If we’ve already taken payment, we’ll refund you in full.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free on orders over €100.
Customers outside the EU and the US may be charged import duties or taxes on delivery. These are set by your country, not by us, and are your responsibility.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. Your card details are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store them.
5. Delivery
See our Shipping & Returns page for times and costs.
We aim to deliver within the estimate given at checkout. If delivery will be significantly delayed, we’ll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.
Risk passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns and cancellation
Your legal right: If you’re in the EU, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel for any reason.
What we actually offer: 30 days. You can open the box and try the product. If it’s not for you, send it back.
See Shipping & Returns for how.
7. Warranty
Every Sou comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If it fails through no fault of yours, we’ll repair or replace it.
This doesn’t cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights. Consumers in Spain have a three-year legal conformity guarantee under Spanish law; consumers elsewhere in the EU have at least two years. Nothing here limits those rights.
8. If something goes wrong
Email hello@joinsou.com. We’d rather sort it out directly.
EU consumers can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Our liability
We’re responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us breaking these terms. We’re not responsible for loss that isn’t foreseeable, or for business losses.
Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any liability that can’t be limited by law.
10. Governing law
Spanish law. If you’re a consumer, you can bring proceedings in the courts of your own country. Otherwise, the courts of Barcelona.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one live when you placed it.
