Shipping

We ship worldwide from warehouses in the EU and the US.

Free shipping on orders over €100. Below that, cost is calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Sou is currently on pre-order — the first batch ships an estimated October 2026. Once stock is in our warehouses, orders are dispatched within 2 business days.

Outside the EU and US, your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. Those are set by your customs authority and are yours to pay.

Returns

30 days. Opened is fine.

Try it. Wear it. If it’s not for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of what you paid for the product.

To start a return, email hello@joinsou.com with your order number.

A few practical things:

• Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing
• Send it back in a condition where we can see it’s been handled reasonably. If it comes back damaged or heavily worn, we may reduce the refund to reflect that
• We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return

EU consumers: you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Our 30-day policy is more generous, and sits on top of that right — it doesn’t replace it.

Faulty items

If your Sou stops working through no fault of yours, email hello@joinsou.com. We’ll repair or replace it under our 2-year warranty. We cover shipping both ways for genuine faults.
